Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Provides direction to on implementation of cost control procedures, and cost plans.
  • Responsible for monitoring cost activities for department and prepare demand forecasting
  • Audits CC/PMC/CM compliance with Cost Control Plans and Procedures
  • Responsible for updates and amendments to base line budget
  • Provide inputs to procedures and standards
  • Liaise with Financial department and produce required reports
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Governance
  • Create and continuously improve costs plans, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate between PMC, CC, CM and contractor
  • Produce different cost reports (internal and external)
  • Verify cost estimates
  • Monitor and record costs activities
  • Review all consultants reports
Operational
  • Review progress measurements
  • Provide and/or verify estimates for claims
  • Work closely with financial department
Budget & Reporting
  • Prepare budget reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
  • Prepare and/or supervise the production of costs reports and updates
