Job Description

1. Maintains comprehensive accounting records as per accounting standards, complying to rules, regulations, and established guidelines and principles.2. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.3. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.4. Conducts cost analysis and advises management on appropriate accounting measures.5. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.6. Follow up collection and assures the collection goes in line with cashflow requirements.7. Develops and implements Management & Financial accounting reports and publishes onperiodical basis.8. Introduces appropriate Financial KPIs ? key performance indicators to drive performance improvements.9. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.10. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flows and other reports.11. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.12. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.13. Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.14. Reconciles financial statements and address discrepancies by collecting and analyzing related accounting information.15. Secures financial information by completing database backups.16. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.17. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.18. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.19. Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing andnew legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on neededactions.20. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.21. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
