These are the main responsibilities:?To quickly acquire a detailed understanding and knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools used by collections unit. Thorough knowledge of SAS.?Design, develop & automate MIS to monitor daily performance, productivity and daily MIS models.?To maintain accuracy and integrity of department reporting and analytical tool as per defined work instruction and test procedures.?To produce standard reports by using Access, Excel and business objects as per agreed schedule or on request.?To prepare collections and recovery performance report for teams to ensure goals and objectives are met.?Ability to process, analyze, interpret and present data, as well as recommend actions based on the results?To work positively and work professionally at all times.?To use initiatives and make suggestions that might contribute to overall effectiveness.?Track key performance indicators and monitor staff performance against key performance targets.?Prepare monthly and quarterly capacity planning.?Time to time develop models and new MI that are required to monitor performance.??Ability to communicate effectively with people and establish good working relationships especially within a team environment?Perform any other job that may be assigned from time to time?To support to any department initiatives.?To proactively manage personal development.
