Job Description

Axience is a UAE and India based research and consulting firm that works with international banks and related financial services institutions, corporates as well as consulting firms. For our ongoing requirements, we are expanding our UAE based research and support capabilities with part (and eventually) and full-time opportunities for professionals with functional knowledge as well as operational experience of the UAE retail banking sector.The opportunity is for a business analyst to senior consultant level who has worked in digital transformation and benchmarking engagements as part of working at a retail bank in GCC or at a management consulting firm.Job responsibility will include:

  • Be based at our clients-site for four to six months and work in coordination?with onshore and offshore teams
  • Collect information on digital initiatives and performance
  • Conduct internal stakeholder interviews
  • Develop and define KPIs to benchmark digital performance
  • Benchmark digital performance
  • Conduct primary interviews among digital banking leaders in GCC
  • Prepare monitoring and reporting templates for digital banking performance
This short term full time opportunity may convert into long term full time opportunity at the end of 4-6 months term based in UAE or in India (for India nationals).
