Job Description

of Social Media Marketing Specialist at Social Garage Agency:

  1. This is a full time position at Social Garage Media Production and Marketing Agency in Abu Dhabi.
  2. Required to come to the office everyday. Work timings is 10 AM - 6 AM (8 hours) with one day off per week. In the instance of photoshoots or events the work timing would be flexible and extra work hours can be tallied the next work day.
  3. Expected to handle social media accounts of the agency and various clientele of the agency to increase the growth of business and accounts.
  4. Work in social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat would be a merit and also keep updated with the current and new social media algorithms.
  5. Capture and edit behind the scenes footages of photoshoots and/or events for the agency and clients.˙
  6. Design posters/flyers for client campaigns.
  7. Conduct market research to fix meetings with prospective clients, go out for meetings to promote the agency?s services and packages and negotiate contract with the aim of maximizing profits and hopefully onboard the client to the agency.
  8. Liaise with the client to know their brand requirement and discuss with reporting manager to plan monthly marketing campaigns.
  9. Not allowed to work part time or on freelance contract in any job that matches the trade and activities of agency.
  10. Open to feedback during training and orientation during probationary period and later so as to match the agency?s brand guidelines and standards.
Benefits:Social Garage Media Production and Marketing Agency provides all its employees a 2 year employment visa and Daman basic insurance. Transportation and food expenses is taken care of by the agency only in case of outdoor photoshoots or events.˙Salary:˙The employee for the position of Social Media Marketing Specialist would be offered a monthly salary of AED 3500 to AED 4500 (depending of experience and candidate interview) for which he/she to would need to manage social media accounts of the agency and the clients and also generate new business leads. Business brought by the candidate above the 2 x salary, he/she would be paid an incentive 5% of the additional business which would be added to the monthly salary. The incentive program would be reviewed revised quarterly. Salary increment is susceptible to performance and competence of the employee at work. The policies of the company and agreement may change for the good of the company and the employees.
