Job Description

  • Perform the day to day processing of accounts transactions.
  • Update accounts payable/accounts receivable and performs reconciliation.
  • Assist the chief accountant with the monthly and year end operations of the accounting department.
  • Ensuring maintenance of proper documents / Files.
  • Prepare bank transfers and follow up with banks.
  • Coordinating with officers in banks to ensure the completion of the transactions.
  • Preparing required financial reports asked by the finance manager.
