Needs to undertake

Complying with all company, local accounting and financial regulations.?
Using the accounting application Xero.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.?
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.?
Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.?
Maintaining accurate financial records.?
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.?
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.?
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.?
Issue invoices and follow up with client payments?
Review open accounts fore collection efforts.
Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
Collect customer payment in accordance with payment due dates.
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with Management.
Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
Email correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Assist with special projects related t the billing team.
Maintain daily bank reporting.
Complete all aspects of the position timely and accurately.?
