Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. All leave and end of service benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law.descriptionThe client is hiring an experienced quality driven Hospitality Manager, reporting to Deputy General Manager. This role is responsible for Housekeeping, F&B, Laundry, Customer Service, Room attending, insurance, bed management.

  • Demonstrates commitment to, and understanding of organization?s Vision, Mission and Values and executing them on a daily basis;
  • Provides leadership, vision and strategic direction for all reporting departments;
  • Acts as an ambassador for the hospital and manages the look and feel of the hospital and the customer journey;
  • Ensures that all areas of the hospital and administrative buildings are well maintained and hygienic;
  • Manages the customer service and call center departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolves patient complaints;
  • Manages the insurance functions ensuring that patients receive timely approvals, review claims and works on building relationships with insurance companies;
  • Oversees the F&B services for both patients and staff;
  • Manages laundry service and porters throughout the hospital;
  • Complies with the recommended Infection Control Practices of the organization;
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes, internal and external;
  • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports to the DGM on the operating condition of the hospital;
  • Accountable to develop and implement policies, processes and protocols for the assigned units and ensures consistent application of the same;
  • Fosters a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity;
  • Responsible to fulfil requirements/standards of Accreditation Canada;
  • Responsible to ensure the implementation and monitoring of actions in relation to:
  • Departmental balance scorecard;
  • Quality Improvement Projects;
  • Standard Leadership Practices;
  • Standard Communication Practices;
  • Demonstrates excellence in interpersonal skills when dealing with senior staff, colleagues, support staff and visitors.
