Job Description

1-Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.2-Drive manpower planning process ensuring adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.3-Manage full cycle of the recruitment process: hiring activities involved in the external and internal selection, including pre-screening applicants, conducting interviews, compiling interview results, and notification of applicants concerning select/not-select status.4-Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.5-Explore the market up-to-date practices in recruitment and staffing to implement appropriate best practices within the company.6-Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position in line with the determined selection criteria.7-Coordinate joining formalities, background checks, employment verifications, clearances, pre-deployment medical physicals, timely submittal of all documents and visa applications of potential candidates.8- Maintain a solid recruiting strategy designed to shorten the timeline between identification of the requirement and the filling of the position.9-Set the social media communication strategy for required job profiles and functions.10-Evaluate and monitor the recruiting activities and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.11-Work collaboratively with the Human Resources team and Government Relations to ensure successful deployment of personnel.12-Monitor the labour legislation updates and implement required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant.13-Maintain up to date?data in the Recruitment tracking system.14-Participate and/or conduct job fairs and career events, locally and overseas.15-Respond to tight deadlines in accordance with contractual terms and customer requirements while considering and assessing relative costs.16-May perform other Human Resources duties as assigned.
