Job Description

Contribute in the planning, directing and controlling of the local parts and accessories sales function in order to increase sales of each customer segment, run cost effective branch operations and achieve business results and profit growth objectives, within the limits of authority laid down by the Deputy General Manager.Strategic:1.????Contribute to the formulation of strategic plans and budgets identifying new business opportunities to increase parts and accessories sales growth.2.????Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against the budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.3.????Identify strategic business and market trends, i.e. competitor and principal activities, customer?s behaviors, and ensure alignment of our sales activities to leverage these market changes.4.????Recommend and implement strategies to enhance performance of the department by reducing cost and optimizing efficiency levels.Operational: 1.????Assign targets to the sales team, follow up on targets, analyze variances and implement recommendations following approval by the Deputy General Manager P&A Sales and Business Director.2.????Review monthly sales data, recommending and implementing countermeasures if required following approval by the DGM and Business Director.3.????Ensure customer prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained, identify and interact regularly with Key Account Customers to maintain customer satisfaction and to sustain and improve the business.4.????Implement and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system featuring service response based on customer input, one-to-one solutions to customers? requirements, tracking clients? account history and customer behavior trends to increase customer loyalty and to ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.5.????Develop and drive the sales and delivery process and professional development of the sales teams to maximize the conversion of potential customers to sales.6.????Newly develop and/or rejuvenate branch accessories business then expand to all 2S service outlets for both Toyota and Lexus.7.????Oversee market research activities and review market intelligence report for network expansion, sales promotion, prepare report and submit to DGM with findings for further action.8.????Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, such as promotions, advertising campaigns, etc? to help develop sales and market share.9.????Analyze parts demand; prepare sales forecast and ensure maintaining appropriate level of stock in the branch upon approval of Deputy General Manager.10.?Filter special price quotations from branches to ensure unified pricing as required by law and to maintain highest customer satisfaction.11.?Coordinate with Snr. Manager, Group Logistics & Warehouse to ensure on time delivery of parts and accessories to ensure highest customer satisfaction.12.?Analyze financial credibility of customers and recommend increase or reduction of credit limit upon approval of DGM.13.?Ensure adherence of sales team to company policies, approve discount, sales return etc.14.?Contribute to the development and implementation of incentive schemes.15.?Conduct Monthly Branch meetings, Visit branches, verify Retail Standards and ensure compliance as per set Principal/Department standards and report to DGM and Business Director with findings/recommendations.16.?Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced, develop customer base and generate business.17.?Monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements, competition, customer feedback, report to management and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.18.?Monitor and report on sales activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary.People Management:

  1. Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
  2. Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
  3. Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.
  4. Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions.
5.????Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as requested by management.
