Make It With Pride.You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.How you will contributeYou will support elements of the site?s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

More about this roleWhat you need to know about this position:
  • Establish systems to ensure compliance and effective implementation of the MDLZ Quality Policies, Sanitation Manuals, and Mondelez HACCP Approaches.
  • Ensure all Specification/KPI/QCMS/FSSC/ISO plans are maintained and updated/approved as required
  • Supports resolving consumer/ customer product and package complaints through root cause analysis.
  • Track and report KPI?s to management on a regular basis.
  • Support the manufacturing process to remove risks that may lead to consumer harm or dissatisfaction, regulatory adverse comment and/or damage to the Mondelez brands by applying and monitoring the necessary control points
  • Support for Hold/Release documentation and dispositioning of products.
  • Analyze quality performance using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
  • Creating the technical SOPs for the processes based on the R&D recommendations.
  • Ensure all products are complies with MDLZ Quality Standards by developing and monitoring the CTQs and CTPs using SPC tools.
  • Follows up on gap closure and verifies if corrective actions are carried out promptly.
  • Support all internal and external inspections/auditing visits. Support audit preparation activities and complete necessary reports.
  • Lead and train Trace/Recall ensuring˙ compliance with Mondelez Special Situations Management and audit requirements.
  • Supports annual verification of all HACCP plans or when required due to project changes.
  • Facilitate plant sanitation. Coach and audit production on sanitation practices.
  • Owns and lead the CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) quality policy for the site which includes the facilitation of the process of root cause analysis and preventive actions investigations including the evaluation of the preventive action effectiveness.
  • To lead risk assessments where required.
  • Leads the development of new quality documents and maintenance of the documented Quality systems to assure compliance with corporate requirements˙
  • To provide training, coaching and support for problem solving techniques and tools, GMP, HACCP etc.
  • Trains, mentors and leads site QA and Production team to insure program goals are met. Strong support to site QCMS/ISO program owners. Monitors and maintains plant QCMS program by complying with current Mondelez and International Audit (FSSC/ISO) standards.˙
  • Train plant personnel in innovative ways to develop understanding and consistency of interpretation of quality policies across site.
Education / Certifications:Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringJob specific requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferably FMCG
  • Advanced knowledge of quality systems, procedures, & policies
  • Knowledge of statistical process control tools
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
