The candidate will be part of the financial advisory team and will be responsible for conducting necessary research, analysis, financial modeling, monitoring, and reporting in relation to Taqeem?s mandates? pipeline. The candidate will efficiently support the firm?s engagements led by senior management.Responsibilities???????Conduct research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identify relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.???????Develop financial models for assessing key financial drivers used in conducting valuations, feasibilities, and sensitivities.???????Conduct cost-benefit analyses, benchmarking, and risk assessments.???????Budgeting, business planning, and financial analysis.???????Perform business valuations and financial feasibilities.???????Assist in the execution of due diligence assignments.???????Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, due diligence reports, proposals, and/or memos as directed by the Managing Director.???????Review and analyze financial statements and/or other information to identify risks or affecting considerations.Qualifications & Skills???????Bachelor?s degree in Finance or any relevant field; Master?s degree is a plus.???????Professional certificate, CFA/CMA is preferred.???????Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).???????Excellent quantitative and numerical skills???????Strong analytical and credit/investment assessment skills???????Solid understanding of accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling.???????Computer literacy: extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office and spread sheet packages, particularly for financial analysis and modelling modules.
