This program will take place over a period of seven years (2020-2027) in thirteen countries and three regions.The VCP aims to increase the performance of local partner organizations in developing countries in implementing inclusive, innovative, and sustainable development initiatives that will advance gender equality in the 13 countries. Oxfam?s role is to support civil society organizations (CSOs) working with the most vulnerable and marginalized people to claim and exercise their rights. Oxfam puts women?s/girls? rights at the heart of everything it does. The knowledge, capacity and expertise of the qualified volunteers will be leveraged through short and long-term assignments with local partner organizations.The VCP will be articulated within Oxfam?s Country Strategy while ensuring compliance with Oxfam-Qu?bec?s contractual agreements with its donors.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the responsibility of the Economic Justice Programme Manager of Oxfam in Jordan, the Digital Marketing Advisor performs her/his mandate to ensure the achievement of VCP results and support the partners within the relevant field of expertise.Partner organizations:Leaders of Tomorrow?and Oxfam share the same mission of promoting a culture of social innovation in which free speech, human rights, social equality, and educational opportunities are widespread and accessible to all. Leaders for Tomorrow and Oxfam have been working together since 2016 in strengthening and expanding FORSA (The first Arab site for scholarships, training opportunities and study abroad) and developing the?online market SouqFann.In accordance with Oxfam?s policies, standards and procedures, the Digital Marketing Advisor undertakes the following responsibilities:Key steps of the mandate

1. Identify needs with FORSA and SouqFann teams
2. In consultation with the two teams develop a plan to:

• Increase teams capacity in digital marketing ??Capacity building plan
• Improve FORSA and SouqFann performances in digital marketing ??Performance improvement plan

1. Deliver the Capacity building plan, and support the teams to implement the Performance development plan
2. Identify, record and disseminate lessons learnt

Expected results

1. Increased partner?s capacity on digital marketing
2. Increased performance of FORSA and SouqFann
3. Increases knowledge about best practises in supporting partners to develop their capacities

Note: The implementation of the mandate should respect partner?s wishes and vision and all deliverables should be developed in consultation with them and within VCP framework.Other responsibilities:Share and embody Oxfam?s commitment to a zero-tolerance policy against behaviour that violates the code of conduct, including sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse; intimidation; lack of integrity; corruption and fraud.Participate in development efforts in Canada during and after the mandate by contributing to the dissemination of the program, projects, partners, etc. through testimonials, life stories, photos, quotes, etc.CONDITIONS
