Job Description

Remanag is currently looking for an HR Coordinator. The right candidate will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company?s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics. Will assist with organizing and fulfilling checklists, including arranging closing documentation and obtaining necessary transactional approvals.Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform basic legal drafting of purchase agreements, sale agreements, closing documents, etc.?
  • Manage talent acquisition function by assessing hiring needs, working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing for candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding to ensure all new hires are well acclimated to the organization and have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Implement process improvements for talent acquisition and train managers on best practices.
  • Oversee the off-boarding process to ensure all termination procedures are followed.
  • Support a positive working environment
  • Manage workers? compensation, leaves and improves employee safety and increases attendance and retention rates. Coordinate and manage workers? compensation claims.
  • Provide managers and employees with consultation, advice and coaching relating to interpretation of HR policies and regulations
  • Oversee leave management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Other related activities as needed
  • Help managers set goals and manage employee performance
  • Launch annual performance reviews
  • Administer salary and performance review program to ensure alignment to core company values.
  • Develop training programs to support corporate initiatives and provide employees with the skills they need.
  • Review and confirm closing statements, including tax prorations and other fees/charges.
  • Calculate legal deadlines and filing documents as required.
  • Review title reports and exception documents.
  • Prepare requests for funding of acquisitions and monitor financial transactions.
  • Prepare closing instruction letters, closing documents and binders, review title policies and work with title companies regarding any policy issues.
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve employees and increase the goodwill and proficiency of the company.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed.
  • Understand entitlement processes and procedures.
  • Perform legal research, fact gathering, and information retrieval.
  • Respond to requests for information.
  • Archive files and documents.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of all HR related initiatives and Company events.
  • Prepare and compile reports for analytical purposes.
