Job Description

SummaryThe Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist will be responsible for analyzing compensation data and managing the entire C&B lifecycle within Avertra Corp, and evaluating job roles to determine the appropriate C&B scheme. The ideal candidate will assess the companys personnel needs for drafting targeted C&B programs that contribute to increasing employee performance, happiness, and overall job satisfaction. The role supports the retention and motivation of employees to reduce turnover rates and promote Avertras employer branding.Main Job Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain our global compensation plan based on Avertra?s goals and strategies.
  • Own and maintain a consistent compensation guideline that matches Avertra?s work and organizational culture.
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks per geography that Avertra operates in.
  • Assessing the needs of employees by conducting organizational psychology surveys for finding out what engages and motivates them.
  • Ensure that compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations.
  • Define equitable, competitive, and fair compensation and benefits packages that fit and are also in accordance with Avertra?s business goals and strategies.
  • Advise executive management in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits, and motivation of employees.
  • Liaise with the Personnel & Performance Management Specialist and other departments to facilitate processes and procedures.
  • Work with HR Lead and Director of Operations to define key HR KPI?s/metrics to track.
  • Developing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on HR metrics.
  • Research ways for Avertra to reduce overall costs around C&B
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
