Job Description

Job Brief :Responsible for developing Customer Value Management (CVM) programs for various broadband segments and defining the roadmap for the different programs. Also, responsible for handling and managing the program on an ongoing basis, managing program performance against operating plans and budgets, leading the development of new features, and coordinating with different external partners and departments, all with the aim of enhancing customers? satisfaction, reducing churn rate and maximizing customer value management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current customer?s profiles and segments based on revenues, behavior, demographics and psychographics.
  • Overlook customers? journey and identify opportunities and areas of improvement
  • to maximize customer value and accordingly initiate campaigns
  • Design and implement value management program, with emphasis on bringing value to the customer and (increasing engagement, Reduce Churn rate, Increase customer LTV and Increase customer satisfaction)
  • Track results and create daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to monitor the life time value of subscribers
  • Work with product owners to create and launch special retention campaigns within the program to reduce churn rate, increase LTV and maximize revenue
  • Track any customer complaints related to the program and solve the problem in a timely manner. In addition, develop customer service policies and standards within the loyalty program to ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels by developing customer service policies, reviewing customer journey.
  • Execute valid test and control experiments for campaigns, offers, etc. Examine customer data (engagement, redemptions, and behavior patterns) and develop performance metrics associated with the program
