Job Description

SummaryThe Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and directing employee and labor relations within Avertra Corp local and global offices, in addition to providing prompt advice to senior management to ensure legal and operational compliance across Avertra Corp offices. As well as, support all operations-related assignments and projects, such as cross-border transfers, international assignments, and other related duties where legal compliance is required. The candidate should be up to date with visa requirements for employment purposes, create and update policies and procedures for Avertra Corp locations, and support legal compliance procedures to help expand Avertra Corp global presence.Main Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct a Global Labor Law compliance checks list for all staff and offices.
  • Working with the Director of Operations and CFO?s group to prepare and review all legal documents related to Labor Law, Social Security, and Tax regulations, and any other corporate legal document required.?
  • Advise all branches for preparing legal documents.
  • Review global internal rules and regulations, HR Policy, and Regulations according to legal compliance?
  • Provide legal support regarding multiple operational matters to the executive team.
  • Prepare employment contracts and required documents for employee visas, work permits, residencies, etc?
  • Owns global employee work permit/visa process.
  • Working with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  • Interpreting and advising on employment and corporate law.
  • Work with CFO to lead the opening of multiple operating or regional offices around the world.
  • Conduct hands-on and data entry tasks when needed.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as requested by the Director of Operations.
