  • Incredible attention to detail. You want to ship the best customer experience and will not compromise
  • Understand our customers and business and find opportunities to build 0 to 1 experiences
  • Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks
  • Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize, execute, and launch impactful products.
  • Own and manage product roadmap for your area
  • Collaborating with the engineering team on tech-specs and ensuring that all technical decisions are taken, keeping in mind all short-term and long-term tradeoffs
  • Ability to structure features/functionalities into backlogs, roadmaps, releases, sprints, track, manage and communicate the progress to stakeholders
  • Experience with working on one or more analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude
