Job Description

The right candidate is a great communicator, highly organized, has demonstrated success in similar or comparable roles, and is passionate about GAGAs mission.You?ll be part of a team working with GAGA customers in the Middle East. You will test new ideas, manage your own projects, and always be looking for new ways to grow the number of GAGA customers. You will analyze the results of your initiatives, learn from each action and generate new hypotheses to test.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales target of the team. Plan and execute the weekly and quarterly goals for the team
  • Sales Funnel Management:
  • Identify reasons for drops at different stages in the funnel
  • Give feedback to the management team to drive higher conversion rates
  • Training the team to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targets
  • Ensure SOP adoption by the sales team
  • Own the lead conversion funnel with Marketing, and optimize to deliver sales through the appropriate channels
  • Sales leadership & team growth: Direct, build and lead the inside sales team to achieve GAGA?s growth goals and target conversion rates.
  • Sales operations: Define and improve on workflows to manage, track engage all leads, prospects via technology tools and internal systems as well as to enable successful handover to the care operations and specialists teams
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling
