Job Description

1. Executives roll out workplace initiatives, as well as administrate daily affairs2. Sorting mail, answering phones, taking messages and following up withvendors/clients/suppliers/Main Contractors?etc3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms4. Handle and redeem all ministries and governmental works/transactions.5. Follow the tasks assigned by Operation Manager and seniors in submissions andhandle requests.6. Organize and schedule appointments7. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.8. Responsible for reviewing and routing of research-related contracts and documentscoordinate with the lawyer for all legal matters.9. IMS Coordinator in obtaining ISO certificates.10. Prepare Power Point presentations.11. Support every department in order to run the tasks effectively and efficiently.12. HR Coordinator between factories and Main Group.13. Company representative in dealing with others.14. Develop and maintain proper documentation and filing system.15. Update and maintain office policies and procedures16. Maintain contact lists and client lists.17. Preparing staff daily time sheet.18. Provide general support to visitors19. Office Management20. Follow Safety Procedure21. Follow, Update and maintain company policies and procedures.
