1. To provide effective supervision of daily operations of the QA department and ensure the quality policy is maintained.2. To plan and control the inspection of the QA department.3. To organize pre-production meetings and to review the product specifications.4. To identify causes and corrective actions for production problems found during inspection.5. To ensure size and other specifications for manufacturing are adhered to, and production/fit is in-line with approval samples plus colour.6.
