1. To provide effective supervision of daily operations of the QA department and ensure the quality policy is maintained.2. To plan and control the inspection of the QA department.3. To organize pre-production meetings and to review the product specifications.4. To identify causes and corrective actions for production problems found during inspection.5. To ensure size and other specifications for manufacturing are adhered to, and production/fit is in-line with approval samples plus colour.6. To review the failed inspection with the head of merchandising and to identify the problems affecting the quality of merchandise and make disposition for re-inspection to ensure that quality standards are met.7. To ensure production and delivery problem feedback to the merchandising team in a timely manner.8. To review and update profiles for existing and prospective vendor/ factory9. To confirm that these accurately reflect resource capability and compliance.10. To work with local inspectors in factories and undertake random field audits, providing reports and feedback to the Management.11. To exercise due diligence audit.12. To develop training programs and conduct training sessions on quality control.13. To set the quality improvement plans with staff and follow-up the effectiveness.
