Employment:?Full TimeIT Services Management Office Manager - Riyadh? Support of the Information Technology Business Systems and Technologies, within company.? This role acts as the Services, Quality, Governance and Performance manager across all the supporting Application Partners, Technology Partners, and company Business Functions.? To mentor, develop supplier performance, ensure suppliers achieve governance, quality and performance outcomes.? To develop in conjunction with the support team an effective support and delivery model between suppliers and support functions.? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft, Virtual IT Architectures and Systems and systems engineering from hardware through to application development.? Supplier management & engagement? Production processes, procedures, and best services delivery practices.? Strong knowledge of IT Governance and best practices.? Proficiency in English (must) and any additional language would be desirable.? Regulatory and Compliance awareness.? Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.? Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.? Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.? Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others.? Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.? Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.? Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.? Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.? Analyzing current IT systems and identifying improvements? Writing software and developing technical specifications and operating manuals? Testing company IT systems Functionality to ensure effective operation? Training IT users and providing ongoing systems support? Diagnosing faults and making repairs as necessary with coordination with the system manufacturers.? Liaising with IT team colleagues and other company staffRequirementsDesired Experience:? Extensive experience (5 ? 10 years) in a senior IT services and supplier management role.? Experience in the management of large, outsourced arrangements.Specific in-depth knowledge and operational experience in two or more of the following:? Airline operations, engineering, and corporate systems? Midrange server virtualization architectures.? Production access controls and migration toolsets.? Business Technology architectures, email office, collaboration.? IT Security standards.? Familiarity with current Information Technology trends.Specific in-depth knowledge and operational experience in two or more of the following:? Airline operations, engineering, and corporate systems?
