The successful candidate should have experience as either a Head Chef (multiple outlets) or a Corporate Chef, within casual or upper casual dining. Added experience overseeing a Central Kitchen is preferred.Experience within brunches, bakery, burgers, salads and fusion, being able to elevate these concepts is essential for this role. You must have experience managing multiple kitchens. Excellent communication skill and strong experience training full kitchen teams is required.Due to current restrictions preference will be given to candidates currently based in the Middle East.
