Responsibilities

Report to Manager Customer services & Marketing Operations.
Liaise with customers and brokers to fix the price of LME / Premiums.
Recommend new pricing practices and policy requirements.
Advise sales? teams with acceptable pricing formulas based on set policies.
Evaluate policies on a regular basis, benchmark with customers and advise on possible improvement opportunities.
Create reports reflecting metrics, objectives, and gaps.
Address issues and concerns raised by team members related to pricing suggestions.
