The client will look to recruit a finance and/or accountancy professional with a technical skill set spanning accounting policies, IFRS-based standards and financial planning combined with an appreciation and detailed insight to risk management, cash-flow analysis and audit-based disciplines. The client will also look to pinpoint a candidate whom is able to influence both internal and external stakeholder management and reporting lines; to ensure strong leadership, process planning capabilities and any succession planning. In conjunction, the client will also look to a candidate, with a demonstrable track record within project and change management streams; to ensure an appreciation and alignment with policy change and process implementation.Finally, to meet the business needs and scope; the client will look to pinpoint a candidate coming out of an international multinational or a regional blue-chip.
