Job Description

We are looking for (Implementation Engineer)Title:Implementation Engineer.The?Implementation Engineer will work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to single/multiple clients using a variety of hardware and software products and have the following responsibilities:

  • implementation, Support and Maintenance of Data Domain, NetWorker, Avamar, DPA, IDPA and Cyber Recovery.
  • Knowledgeable on the latest DELL Technologies Data Domain, NetWorker, Avamar, DPA, IDPA, Cyber Recovery and proficient in recovery, break-fix, and resolving the issues.
  • Co-ordinate with Unix, Windows, and VMware team for resolving the issues and fix backup failures.
  • Have hands-on knowledge with Data Domain, NetWorker, Avamar, DPA, IDPA and Cyber Recovery.
  • Participate and coordinate on DR related activities.
  • To have knowledge of Oracle RMAN, SQL, VADP backups integration with Data Domain, NetWorker, Avamar, DPA, IDPA and Cyber Recovery.
  • Engage in Backup Infrastructure software/hardware upgrade.
  • Knowledge of Backup/recovery strategy of all ESX servers.
  • Server/Client installation on different platforms (Unix/Windows/Linux).
  • Knowledge in managing Domains, Clients, Users through Create and Manage Dataset, Schedule, and Retention Policy.
  • Works with senior peers to develop change management procedures.
  • Creates and maintains documentation.
  • Creates investment proposals and presents concepts during team meetings.
  • Provides assistance with system solution design.
