Software programming of the IIoT gateway.
Software programming of the used smart cameras to suit the projects? needs.
Carry out coding and scripting for development of IIoT gateways to meet the projects requirements.
Meet with customers as a technical engineer representative to know their exact requirements. Pre-sales experience is required.
Carry out smart vision related projects and show casing FAT in coordination with QA metrics when provided.
Partially responsible for the installation and commissioning of any IIoT or Smart vision project.
developing Project drawings including panel design and wiring diagrams.
Select the components required to execute the design (Creating Bill of Materials).
Develop and test design models with the use of software programs to assess feasibility.
Integrate the system and perform initial and field tests.
Participate in product assembly.
Might attend coordination/ kick-off meetings as necessary.
Participate in investigating the cause of equipment and system failures and fix them.
Recommend design modifications to ensure there will be no malfunctions in the system or in the machine.
