3 to 5 years of experience in software development and delivery.
Strong computer science background with an engineering degree in computer science.
Great design and problem-solving skills with a strong basis for architecting performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Experience in working on Java, REST, SQL (PostgreSQL or MYSQL)
Spring boot framework experience is a must
Messaging systems, ELK stack, microservices is required.
Hands-on coding in Java and microservices domain for complex and
critical features.
Familiarity with basic programming principles such as SOLID and TDD
Experience in code reviews and working with tools JIRA, Github, Gitlab.
Provide architectural direction to shape up the product.
Deep understanding of OOAD, efficient data structures and algorithms.
Fair knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native apps
Work closely with the Development Manager and supervise the development team.
Work with Product Managers while interacting with clients and simplify requirements into user stories for the team to work upon.
Efficiently work with multiple stakeholders to define clear milestones for the team to target.
Implement best practices for coding and design via efficient code reviews.
Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion.
A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product.
Understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions.
