Product management at Mastercard is a truly engaging function where we deploy our Product Management Excellence Framework that is lead by a design thinking methodology to understand our end user and to differentiate Mastercard from its competition.About the Role:As the MENA Central SME product Market lead, this role will report into the Customer Solution Centre with a dual line reporting into the SME Product and Engineering team in EEMEA . Both teams are performance driven and works across functions (i.e. product development, marketing, global and regional product teams) to refine and execute winning propositions for the region.This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing on partnership opportunities with global and regional Fintechs across a variety of verticals, ranging from financial services and payment infrastructure to money movers and direct to merchant brands.The role requires an experienced sales and product professional who can build relationships with Fintechs, understand their capabilities, identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnership, structure and negotiate opportunities to help shape Mastercard?s growth in the SME space.As the MENA Central SME product management lead, you?ll bring your strong expertise in our key SME segments to create world-class solutions & partnerships to help small and medium businesses of all sizes streamline their businesses and solving their pain-points.You will work closely with Fintechs, existing and prospective partners to identify strategic partnership, product development, or investment opportunities for Mastercard in the SME space to develop a pipeline for MENA Central and accelerate the plan for 2022 ? 2026 to drive momentum?Develop and socialise tactical plans to execute product strategy?Work with the EEMEA SME Product team and Fintech partnerships to design, build and manage Customer value propositions required for go to market and commercialisation in MENA central at scale?Deliver SME Product Financial Targets for MENA Central to grow revenue in the SME segment?Increase SME Product market share in MENA Central across all Mastercard verticals.?Support market sales team with the tools and wholistic customer value propositions to sell the value of our SME solutions to Fintechs, issuers, governments, telcos etc?Collaborate and build relationships with cross functional teams to ensure success of SME product strategy & growth?Provoke and provide thought leadership through knowledge of the SME segments and business as well as your experience in deriving digital acquisition, credit enablement and value addAll About you:?Experience in leading and supporting sales teams to win new business, especially in innovative industries with demonstrated experience in transformation of commercial and client engagement processes?Extensive experience in the payments /digital acquisitions/ fintech / banking / telecoms or related technology industry with experience of operating in a matrix, multi-national, and entrepreneurial environment?Proven senior executive engagement and influencing skills and a compelling orator who can captivate diverse audiences, internally and externally?Commercially focused and pragmatic, have the ability to identify opportunities and solutions and experience of growing a business or a function from inception to fruition, developing market share, brand and profitable growth is preferred?A sense of urgency, assertiveness, and directness.
