AUMET is the leading B2B marketplace to sell medical products between healthcare providers and distributors. We are innovating how distributors of medical supplies do business with consumer selling points such as pharmacies. With 500,000 transactions per month, AUMET marketplace is a fast-growing product that is capturing market share and is on a road to achieve its vision. And as we grow, we need talented people to help us grow!We?re currently on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to expand our team to help us in building revenue, traffic and an audience using paid advertising methods. This can include things like google ads, email marketing and social media marketing.The ideal candidate would be a great communicator and would enjoy working with lots of different people and departments, have an analytical mindset and be able to easily recognize gaps and opportunities through data analysis, and have experience in creating marketing strategies and be able to plan and execute those while supporting a team.Responsibilities£ Take responsibility for the growth marketing and CRM strategy, processes and implementation.£ Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics.£ Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.£ Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.£ Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible.£ Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.£ Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation. You should strive to continuously outperform yourself.£ Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the team to enhance your campaigns.£ Ideally you also have some UX and social media writing experience.
