  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the Client and working schedules by coordinating with the project team.
  • Support the project team in understanding the project activities and logical sequence.
  • Manage the interface with Civil Partners and the Client.
  • Responsible for the planning inputs to project Claims and EOT.
  • Track, ˙monitor and forecast progress for all activities
  • Issue weekly and Monthly Reports and any relevant ad-hoc reports required
  • Analyze Project Data, Monitor and Control Project KPIs, and produce Data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Provide Root-Cause analysis for issue and trend analysis for different project aspects to anticipate and report any potential risks or opportunities.
  • Maintain project database records and documents.
˙Requirements˙
  • 7 to 10 years of Experience (Transportation projects experience is a plus)
  • Project Management, Planning and Scheduling Skills is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good Knowledge of presentation and reporting skills.
  • Team Player with Good presentation and leadership skills
  • Experience in MS Power BI and TILOS is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • PMP or Planning Certificates such as PMI-SP or PSP are a plus
  • Fluent in English language.
