Job Responsibilities:
Establish long term relationships with the providers.
Forecast Max-Pay needs from each provider
Negotiate pricing with the providers
Confirm orders upon Business Development Manager?s approval and make sure Max-Pay requests are secured on time within the agreed SLA.
Suggest new providers and services.
Handle any challenges between the different departments and the service providers.
Requirements:? Must Have:
2-3 years of relevant experience
Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook software
Practice excellent time and project management skills
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization
