Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSETo lead the Sales & Relationship Management activities & participate in designing strong product propositions that serve merchants? needs, maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional service quality standards.2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDescriptionRelationship Management1.˙˙ ˙Oversee the management of Payment Acceptance products, and lead the Sales activities and Relationship management activities to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the pre-set business plan˙2.˙˙ ˙Ensure providing the Payment Acceptance clients with a high quality service standard in order to maintain continuous steady business growth˙3.˙˙ ˙Ensure Setting ˙the Sales Budget and plan and communicated to the team to achieve it˙4.˙˙ ˙Monitor the team activities in attracting new to bank clients through referrals for new prospect business to maximize the market share5.˙˙ ˙Monitor the team sales activities of Payment Acceptance value added services (DCC, EPP, ? etc.) as well as Merchant loans sales6.˙˙ ˙Monitor the team cross selling activities to increase penetration ratio per customer˙7.˙˙ ˙Ensure that all team members are provided with the required ˙product propositions knowledge in order to ensure that all customer needs are properly addressed ˙8.˙˙ ˙Ensure that all customers? (Merchants) complaints are effectively handled and develop solutions on avoiding repeated errors in order to ensure providing high quality service and deliver best in class serviceStrategy9.˙˙ ˙Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Business Banking strategy to ensure the alignment with CIB strategyPolicies, Processes and Procedures10.˙˙ ˙Participate and recommend improvements to policies, processes and procedures and manage their implementation to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilledDay-to-day management11.˙˙ ˙Supervise the day to day operations of the team providing some guidance in the related area, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standardsPeople Development˙12.˙˙ ˙Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and proceduresCompliance13.˙˙ ˙Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of to conduct in order maintain CIB?s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks˙Qualifications & Experience˙?˙˙ ˙Bachelor?s degree of commerce, Business Administration or related fields?˙˙ ˙Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience˙Skills?˙˙ ˙Good command of English language?˙˙ ˙Result-oriented?˙˙ ˙Excellent Negotiation skills?˙˙ ˙Excellent communication and presentation skills
