Develop the substation master plan
Prepare the Arch. Plans And sections for plant buildings
Responsible of overall coordination of plant layout with other disciplines and the project
Prepare the arch. BOQ .
Review, approve and implement all engineering standards, policies and procedures.
Oversee the coordination and development of engineering plans and specification between other design teams.
Direct and monitor all personnel activities within engineering area including manpower forecasting, staff assignments and performance reviews
