Since its inception in 2020, we have facilitated the donation of well over 1 million meals to those in need, as well as donated over $1.5 million to charity with the help of our partners and customers. talabat is part of Delivery Hero, the global leader in online food delivery and q-commerce.Role SummaryWe are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our dynamic CRM team. The role will require you to build relevant and engaging content on the owned CRM channels which will tie into increasing acquisition and retention.˜As a Specialist, you will own and implement CRM campaigns on a country level for talabat. As an individual, youll need to be flexible, performance-driven, able to work with tight deadlines and be willing to be hands-on to get the job done.˜The role is based in Egypt.What?s On Your Plate?

• Drive CRM performance through the creation of CRM programmes for Talabat across the region.
• Build campaigns & automated flows in our CRM tool across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, sms and in-app
• Own the roll out of lifecycle marketing approach to new countries and regions
• Support projects related marketing automation
• Propose innovative CRM campaigns to test based on solid hypothesis and a clear success criteria˜
• Coordinate campaign/lifecycle testing activities with responsible stakeholders˜
• Support regional CRM projects for any planned or ad-hoc tasks.

˜What Did We Order?

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the field of CRM for E-commerce or other relevant businesses
• Experience in working with CRM and campaign management tools like Braze or similar tools
• Working experience with template creations using HTML and CSS
• Prior experience in handling consumer communication, customer segmentation & managing CRM flows across several channels, including Push Notification, IAM, Email, SMS
• Exceptional time management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of customer journey stages and various retention measures
• Have a good understanding of CRM segmentation, KPIs & reporting
