QUALIFICATIONS:- 3 years recruitment experience preferably at least 1of which in a HR function- Previous technical (IT) recruitment experience; Experience of Consulting recruitment is an advantage;- Knowledge of Oracle products advantageous- Proven experience of utilizing state of the art candidate sourcing methods- Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices- Fluency in English is a must- Fluency in other European languages is an advantage- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills- Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures- Proven ability to build relationships across international/organizational boundaries- Team player- Innovative approach to problem solving- Positive enthusiastic self-starter- Results driven- Ability to adapt
