Job Description

Talent 360 is now hiring HR Generalist to join our stars team;Job Scope

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Responsible for Recruitment requests
  • Responsible for employee relations tasks
  • Assist in Organization Development tasks
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization?s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Job Requirements:
  • 6Months to 1 Years of Experience in Tech Recruitment ( Software )
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Work Conditions:
  • Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 5 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Fridays & Saturdays are off
