Work with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to analyze, collect and consolidate the recruitment needs of the Line of business.
Ensure that all hires are within the assigned budgets and approved through the appropriate delegated signatories.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to identify future hiring needs and Key positions to proactively source potential hires.
Work with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to select and identify new recruitment channels and the employment fairs for future needs.
Develop a network of potential calibers and industry professionals to help build a strong pool of candidates adopting an agile approach to the recruitment process.
Use different sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of social media; investigating and implementing new ideas to find passive candidate.
Collaborate with Universities, student activities and other organizations that would help supply a steady source for qualified CVs.
Work to have all internal referrals put into the ATS and be a part of Giza Systems? pool of candidates ensuring the ability to track their profiles and feedback from recruiters.
Source, filter, screen CVs and prepare short-lists for interviewing.
Pre- screen potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
Conduct different filtering assessment tools to get the best candidates to phone screening, English tests, and technical tests?. etc.
Conduct competency-based interviews to filter candidates for further technical interviewing.
Ensure That the candidate interviewed by the designated role as per the recruitment process and different job families
Communicate the approved candidate after final˜selection to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for offering finalization.
Update the ATS System with the candidates? data and interviews feedback for future reference and hiring finalization.
Maintain the calibers database ensuring freshness and reliability of the data.
Provide constant feedback to all involved candidates and recruiters/ hiring managers.
Handle summer trainees? and headway interviews and selection as per the required number to ensure that we get in the best people as they are our pool for future hires.
Welcome new employees and coordinate with department admins.
