Job Description

Roaderz is looking for a Tele-Sales Agent. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with outstanding organizational and coordination skills.Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts and convert the potential customers to active customers.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Managers after following the guidelines to qualify the lead.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Keep records of the daily calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Aware Of Search engine standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Holders
  • with 1 Year of experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent in spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Company Industry: Transportation, Logistics and Storage
  • Work Location: On-site Down Town
  • Working Hours: from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
