Together our mission is to build products that help millions of lives, and we do that by tackling some of the biggest problems in healthcare and fintech. Our company was founded in 2017 in Irvine, California, and each year since we have roughly doubled, reaching the $4 million revenue mark last year and raising our first seed fund as well.?Due to our expansions, we?re currently looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our family. As a member of the?Human Resources?department, you will play a major role in contributing to the growth and success of Topflight Apps. This role will give you global exposure, incredible tech experience in areas that are on-demand in 2022 (Fintech/Healthtech/Blockchain), and the opportunity to grow and excel in the technology recruitment field.?What?s in it for you:????????100% remote: this is a work-from-home opportunity.???????Semi-annual raises and semi-annual bonuses; based on a mix of individual?and company financial performance.???????Flexible vacation and sick days, with approximately seven days of Paid Time Off per year.???????$1,000 new equipment stipend; eligibility starts after passing the trial period.???????Work-life balance: We try to get things done efficiently, then enjoy the rest of our lives, especially on weekends.?Your Responsibilities????????Create and amend s.???????Source and assess top tech talent candidates using a variety of outlets such as job postings, social media, and candidate databases.???????Perform thorough initial screening of candidates.???????Managing the coordination and schedule of all interviews with the stakeholders involved.???????Work closely with hiring managers to address the requirements and expectations for the open vacancies.???????Record all material and data used for recruitment, including feedback, notes, and market rates.???????Provide timely and accurate data/reports to maintain recruiting metrics.???????Develop and maintain a qualified pool of technical candidates for a variety of roles.???????Have an engaging relationship with candidates passing through the recruitment process.???????Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent and competitive recruiting techniques.???????Develop effective and timely communication approaches that include; actively keeping others informed and appropriately expressing ideas.???????Support the Operations team when onboarding new joiners; this means staying on top of status on new joiners and ensuring your candidates are engaged until the day of joining.?Requirements????????4+ years of experience as a 360 Recruiter.???????2+ years of experience hiring for software engineering roles; this includes: MERN developers, full-stack developers, Project Managers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts. ????????Extensive experience in research and different headhunting methods (Linkedin/GitHub/Google X-Ray/Candidate Databases).???????Proven knowledge and in-depth understanding of the technology industry.???????Proficient with Word, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems.???????Ability to prioritize tasks, think out of the box, and quickly adapt to change.???????Excellent communication and coordination skills.??Important to know:????????Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones.???????New Joiners with Topflight Apps go through a 1 Month Trial at the start of their employment journey, which requires working part-time. This is to ensure your onboarding goes smoothly and that both parties are aligned on future expectations.???????Yearly salary for this role is $40,000.
