Job Description

  1. Responsible for all HR department activities
2. Manage recruitment requirements including Job posting, CV sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and hiring3. Handle any disciplinary issues promptly4. Maintain site man-hours records5. Monitor Attendance of the employees6. Monitor expiry of QID, Healthcard, Passport, Contracts etc.7. Arrange transportation for employee entree, exit, hospital visits, company activities & training (including renting)8. Review overtime of the employees9. Manage any company property receipt and return to employees (including vehicle, mobile, sim card, laptop etc)10. Manage leave balance and leave application of the employees by referring the head of department & CM11. Liaise with PRO & sponsor regarding visa application, exit permit, recruitments & formal documentations12. Liaise with all recruitment agencies regarding the talent sourcing depending on the manpower requirementsRE- HR 14 / Hiring Request / Edition 213. Monitor telephone usage of each employee with company account14. Monitor traffic violations of each employee with the company vehicle15. Maintain employee records16. Monitoring PPE usage and managing the requirements for all site employees & engineers17. Conduct frequent visits to staff accommodation and address any issues related including improvement18. Prepare monthly payroll spreadsheet with support from the finance department19. Organize company events such as team building activities20. Manage all flight bookings and prepare LPO for travel agency21. Monitor all work visa usage and requirements and prepare supporting documents for new applications22. Prepare any document related to HR for the staff and management23. Analyze the salary of all employees and benchmark them for future reference24. Manage account bank opening for new employees & handle any payroll issues with the bank & Ooredoo25. Address any grievance from the employees regarding their needs and health issues
