Arrange transportation for employee entree, exit, hospital visits, company activities & training (including renting)8. Review overtime of the employees9. Manage leave balance and leave application of the employees by referring the head of department & CM11. Liaise with PRO & sponsor regarding visa application, exit permit, recruitments & formal documentations12. Prepare monthly payroll spreadsheet with support from the finance department19. Organize company events such as team building activities20. Manage all flight bookings and prepare LPO for travel agency21. Monitor all work visa usage and requirements and prepare supporting documents for new applications22. Prepare any document related to HR for the staff and management23. Analyze the salary of all employees and benchmark them for future reference24. Manage account bank opening for new employees & handle any payroll issues with the bank & Ooredoo25. Address any grievance from the employees regarding their needs and health issues
