Your experience and skills include:- Minimum three (3) years experience with the similar position in a four or five star Hotels or similar organization- Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills- Required trade license or certification or Diploma etc.- Previous experience is an asset- Highly responsible & reliable- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays withYour team and working environment:Located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Barsha Heights right next to Dubai Internet City Metro Station.
