1. Performs general office administration which includes document control, Purchase Requisitions, Machinery Maintenance, and operation support.2. Maintaining client databases and updating customer contact information.3. Coordinate with Contracts, Finance, Agents, and CRM Department to provide the details and status reports needed or queried by sales staff or clients.4. Issuing invoices to developers, communicating and following up with developers according to deals, commissions.5. Obtain approvals from Management for property sales proposals, Ownership Transfers and payment plan changes in sold properties.6. Reporting to CEO and Sales Director.7. Provides property sales documents to sales staff and clients and ensuring that signed documents submitted thereafter are accurate to DLD Requirements.8. Serving hot beverages like coffee and tea to the clients.9. Participates in sales event and project promotions.10. Preparing, Revising and updating of property sales promotions, Availability list, Releases and Reservations.Salary: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
