Job Description

  • Assist the florist in guiding and helping walk-in customers with their requirements
  • Dealing with new enquiries and orders on e-mail, WhatsApp and call
  • Working on quotations and proposals required for retail and corporate clients
  • Liaising internally with florist,accountant and management on a day to day basis.
  • Maintain database of existing customers in an accessible and usable format
  • Organizing existing data and material for a smoother workflow
  • Liaising with existing corporate clients for new products. new requirements and any other assistance required
