Join our collective and help us grow a better world of wellbeing and a better you.Main Purpose of the role:The Arabia Supply Chain Planning Manager role will lead the E2E Supply Chain Planning for the Middle East, Levant & Iraq region including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Innovation Planning, and Distribution Planning along with all Export operations from UAE to 50+ customers across the globe. This senior role will lead a team of 10 planners and planning managers working closely with all business functions from SC, Marketing, R&D, sales, finance, etc. This Arabia Planning Manager role will be the S&OP process lead, orchestrating the full E2E process for all products including locally manufactured, import and export business for Tea across the region to ensure highest service level, while optimizing cash & cost targets.The qualities we look for in you:ekaterra is made up of a special blend of individuals which make our teams exciting and diverse. We are building a better world of wellbeing and a better you.Main Accountabilities:Demand Planning: * Leading Arabia S&OP, ensuring that ?One aligned number? flows across all systems and teams with the relevant building blocks and assumptions based on historical trends as well as quantified market insights. * Developing a high quality and a midpoint forecast while improving monthly & weekly FA, FB and volume-value disconnect. * Influencing demand by optimizing current mix and ensuring that gap-closure action plans are in place whenever possible. * Taking DP and S&OP to the next level, elevating maturity with the use of enhanced analytics, science and digital tools. Supply Planning: * Manage the overall Supply Planning agenda to ensure product availability balancing cash, cost and service through optimizing stock levels and reducing business waste and SLOBs. * Manage the full supply plan from production planning to material planning for local and export demand in a manufacturing environment. * Manage the finished goods network of imports and 3PM service providers to fulfil local demand. * Leading the RCCP and orchestrating factory expansion and CAPEX investments for medium to long-term supporting the growth ambition of the business. * Leading 3PM operations across multiple locations, while reducing internal investments. * Manage the 3PL process for promotion co-packing operations. Distribution & Innovation Planning: * Driving the overall Order to serve and Distribution Replenishment Planning cycles in a continuous improvement manner ensuring a world class Customer Service experience across local and Export customers, maintaining high service levels and reducing order management losses. * Managing the Financial Shipment Planning cycle with high accuracy, constantly reacting and adapting to the needs of the market. * Co-leading Distribution and Warehousing operations with the primary & secondary Logistics teams to ensure efficient operations across warehousing and distribution costs. * Partnering with brand building & development teams as an E2E Supply Chain lead to land New Product Innovation networks OTIF, ensuring the launch in markets ahead of competition, acting as leaders and winning market shares.Key Sakeholders:* Planning team. * Factory team. * Procurement team. * Finance team. * Marketing and sales teams. * Arabia Leadership team. * R&D teams * 3PM/3PL teams. * AMET (Africa, Middle East & Turkey) SCLT.Qualification and Experience:* BSc in engineering, supply chain or business field. * Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of forecasting models and techniques. * Proven experience in leading change and managing complex supply chains networks. * Must have +5 years of experience managing supply, production, materials, and distribution planning with hands-on experience. * Must have +3 years of demand planning experience leading or playing a focal role in running S&OP/IBP cycle. * Must have +3 years of experience leading a team of teams (planning managers and planners) * SAP ECC and APO experience.Preferred Criteria:* Industrial engineer or supply chain graduate. * Previous manufacturing experience. * Digital savviness, with experience in Data analytics and 4IR technologies. * Have participated or led a migration of ERP or advanced planning system. * Agile or PMP certified, who led or participated in large SC transformation projects * Led or contributed to S&OP revamp process with FMCG business. * APICS/ASCM certification * Master?s degree in SCM or MBA with focus on SCM/Logistics.
