B2B TELESALES AGENTWhat will you be doing at Statys Connect?We are looking for a strong candidate for the role of B2B Telesales Agent to deliver on sales targets and meet the company?s revenue and user acquisition growth objectives.?The candidate will focus on selling to prospective marketplace users across Europe, Asia, and MENA.?The candidate is someone who has previously worked in a Telesales function (and preferably in the ecommerce space) and is able to simultaneously manage numerous sales opportunities and time-sensitive client engagements.?The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker, has an entrepreneurial attitude and customer service aptitude, and is a great finder and closer of telesales opportunities.?The individual will need to be persuasive, organized, and possess strong and proven communication skills.?It is very important that he/she can work independently and across all functional areas of the company, and influence without authority.   • Focus on B2B Telesales and growth of our user base
  • Possess an understanding that buying decisions in B2B sales are made differently than in a consumer sales, and that our users are small businesses looking to acquire solutions that will produce valuable outcomes for their company
  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities by cold calling prospective users in a defined region
  • Outbound calling also includes upselling and user retention objectives
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan
  • Manage on a day-to-day basis: user engagement, ongoing user interaction, growth, and sales closing (lead generation, pipeline management, lead tracking, sales cycle status, quota attainment)
  • Communicate effectively to users regarding products, pricing, promotions
  • Accurately resolve user questions with a high-level of professionalism and knowledge of our solutions
  • Accurately maintain a sales lead database
  • Possess leadership skills that build user relationships and assists in developing their solutions
  • Follow up with users to ensure high satisfaction rate and expand sales opportunities
  • Ensure users who have issues with their on-boarding or account management are professionally transferred to appropriate team
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with users within the healthcare industry
  • Meeting key performance indicators
  • Other job tasks as required
