Job Description

A. Business Intelligence Analyst ? for Operations/Supply Chain (1)Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Teams to provide analysis that will support ongoing fulfilment efforts, improvements, and key initiatives.
  • Develop analytics and reporting framework that utilizes best practices to measure and optimize operational activities and assist data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs & score cards for logistics & supply chain teams to drive compliance.
  • Document findings, prepare reports, make recommendations, and implement changes.
  • Manipulate/mine data from various data sets and sources (MySQL, Data Warehouse, log files)
  • Responsible for all operational reporting and analytics including time to deliver, performance of fulfilment centers, inter-department SLAs, last mile partners performance, suppliers? performance, and operational profitability analysis.?
B. Business Intelligence Analyst ? for Marketing (1)Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team to provide analysis that will support ongoing marketing efforts and key initiatives
  • Develop a KPIs framework including managerial, strategic, and operational KPIs for the Marketing Department and its team members
  • Develop analytics and reporting framework that utilizes best practices to measure and optimize marketing activities and assist data-driven decisions
  • Responsible for all the recurring reporting for the digital marketing department utilizing multiple data sources (Google analytics, Rjmetrics, Magento)
  • Define, track, and measure all digital marketing metrics including budget distributions, goals, and ROI metrics
  • Analyze and assess the performance of online marketing campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and action items for optimised campaign strategies
  • Prepare statistical models for customers lifetime value, churn-rate, and cohort analyses to assess customer acquisition and retention (CRM) efforts
