If you enjoy being BOLD, PASSIONATE and TOGETHER, then Majid Al Futtaim is the destination for you.˙Role Purpose:The role of the BPO is to own the to-be solution within their respective process area and to˙ensure it meets their specific OpCo?s requirements for that process taking input from the˙relevant SME?s.˙They will use the principle of adopting SAP Best Practice process flows, specifying changes to˙these process flows only where there is a compelling case based on their OpCo?s business need.˙Typically, that will occur when the ?business need? is demonstrated to be one that drives material˙organization efficiency and/or cost benefits, or when the standard best practice process flow˙cannot support the OpCo?s operating model without material additional cost.˙The BPO will also support the development and delivery of the business change artefacts, acting˙as the ?process champion? for their area within their OpCo?s.˙Role Details ? Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:˙˙

  • To ensure that systems are designed and delivered to manage the process efficiently and˙effectively.˙
  • Identifying resources required to deliver and manage the process from the business˙community˙
  • To drive Process efficiency - eliminating duplication of effort and ensuring processes are˙fit for purpose
  • To ensure processes are applied consistently across all regions - ensuring best practices˙are adopted globally˙
  • To manage processes effectively? delivering acceptable levels of service to the Business
  • To drive effective Organizational Change Management in respect of the business process˙
  • playing a critical part of the change management network to embed change into the˙organization˙
  • To ensure the process is ready to be moved into BAU operations, defining operational˙readiness criteria for bringing the system design into service and Business Continuity process˙
  • to support contingency operations.˙
  • To provide a point of escalation for Process Governance and remove any blockers that stop a˙global consensus being achieved
  • To play a leadership role within the organization change network and provide a top-down approach to embedding change within the global organization
  • To design roles and responsibilities to support the operational delivery of the processmobjectives, including providing the relevant IMO (interim mode of operations) & FMO (future mode of operations) process governance model and associated SOPs to approve design changes taking into account˙the needs of the business, end users, process delivery teams, other Process Owners,˙Internal Policy and legislative requirements.

  • Ability to manage the task in Auto Pilot Mode˙
  • In addition, BPOs will be required to support other areas of the 1ERP program, specifically in the˙
  • specification of interfaces to other systems, data mapping and business validation test.˙
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:˙
  • 10 years of Finance Domain Experience
  • Finance Process Expertise˙
  • ERP Systems Exposure (Oracle , AX , SAP )
  • Process Documentation Skills˙
  • Presentation Skills˙
  • Project Management˙
  • Training Skills˙
