Job Description

My Business Consulting DMCC is leading Corporate Services Provider Company, located in Dubai with extensive experience in Accounting and Corporate Services. We assist individuals and SMEs to register and manage their business in the UAE.Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for Administrative Assistant Company Formation and Admin Services with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services.What do you get?

Responsibilities:1. Full execution of the following procedures:o All new company formation (FZ, IC, LLC)o All insurance new and renewal (personal, company, property)o All legalization (personal, corporate) of documentso All translation (personal, corporate) of documentso DMCC HR signatory & Company Coordinatoro Personal Salary Certificate & NOC from Authoritieso All New NOC from 3rd party authority for New Company Formationo All New Establishment Card & E-channel Registrationso Complete Post Licensing Procedure for New Companies:? Concordia ? Annual Operations Fitness Certificate? Utilities (DEWA, DU/Etisalat, Cooling)? Hand-over of Keys (when required)o Registration of New Companies from Various 3rd Parties:? Chamber of Commerce, Customs, Municipality, etc.o PO Box Registration and Renewalo Power of Attorney for New Company Formationso Portal Set-up for All Companies, New or without Portal Credentials yeto Any other relevant tasks assigned to her by direct manager when necessary2. Ensures client?s satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays and miscommunications.3. Proper coordination and communication with all Corporate Service Managers (CSM) and Clients to complete each task properly with high degree of clients? satisfaction and convenience. Paying proper amount to attention to any procedure.4. Provide full assistance to clients for Personal and Corporate Bank Account Opening.5. Initiating and conducts researches to ensure up to date information regarding banking and other related services.6. Proper coordination with the Finance Department ensure that all amounts requested are correct and relevant to the services to be rendered to the client. Helps maintain low-cost actions, ensure less expenses in anyway whatsoever. Proper settlement of funds received from Finance Department.7. Proper coordination with Marketing department for any marketing projects when connected to field of specialty and other related topic.8. Establish and maintains good communication relations with authorities, partners and other 3rd party agencies, related to complete any given task. Promotes healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers.9. Ensures that any information and documentation encoded in the PMS for all new updates of each exiting clients is correct and completely uploaded in the shared folder and PMS, proper coordination with Database Controller.10. Keep up to date with any relevant information relating to the job description.11. Conducts any researches may require to ensure Customer Service satisfactory and sales improvement of MBC DMCC Team in general.12. Assistance with any tasks of Operations Department, and other MBC DMCC dept. when required and necessary.13. Promotes highly positive and efficient team work, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC.14. Daily update of request/tasks in the PMS15. Experience handling visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation) is a must. Do not place your application unless you have experienced this procedure on current or previous job.16.
