Configuration Management SpecialistJob Location : DubaiRequirements :?Minimum Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience, Master?s preferred?ITIL Certification and/or COBIT Certification is a must?Excellent communication skills ? written and verbal?MS product Suite including Visio and MS project?Minimum 12 yrs. of total experience, 10 yrs. of experience in Configuration Management, Reporting Analysis, and Analytics, and 3+ years of project management responsibilities.?Extensive knowledge of dashboards/ reporting and communication theory/practice and the ability to apply it. ?Strong knowledge of the aligned line of business in a bank, KPI Reporting, and Management?Awareness of project management methodologies, and business process management skills in a cross-functional environmentSkills:?Ability to work under pressure and turn things around in a short time frame?Strong delegation and proven project management skills?Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to define and capture business needs along with articulating strategic implications of analytic results with clarity and persuasiveness in an audience-appropriate manner.?Strong leadership skills to be able to push changes forward, manage potential conflicts?Good in interpersonal relationships and able to gain the trust of main interaction points and respect of IT organization to drive IT strategy?Innovative character, with future-oriented and imaginative vision and willingness to experiment and push things to the next level?Dynamism and charisma to push the organization to innovate and incentivize teams assigned to innovation tasks and projects?Comfortable working at many org levels, & must be team-oriented, performance-oriented?Ability to work in excel with macros and advanced excel?Connected to the latest trends in the market when it comes to all things Configuration & Asset Management process?Understanding of data analysis, KPI definition and customer experience validation and customer-facing, performance point reports, and infographics?Ability to define and capture business needs along with articulating strategic implications of analytic results with clarity and persuasiveness in an audience-appropriate manner.
